What We Do
We don’t just provide services—we show up and get to work. In the Champaign-Urbana area and surrounding Central Illinois communities, we help individuals with neurodiversity and developmental disabilities build active, meaningful lives through a variety of hands-on opportunities.
Current Opportunities
Farm & Animal Care:
Feeding livestock—from chickens and rabbits to horses and donkeys—and handling essential daily chores such as stall maintenance and cleanup at local partner farms.
Community Service:
Giving back through regular volunteer work at local food banks and providing companionship at senior center bingo nights.
Future Goals & Opportunities
Future Partnerships:
We hope to continue building partnerships with local businesses and organizations in the Champaign-Urbana area to expand hands-on, real-world opportunities for the individuals we serve, including seasonal and community-based projects like a garden for pumpkins and gourds used in fall porch decorating.
Long-Term Vision:
Our long-term vision includes developing a community-based business, such as a coffee shop, yard cleaning service or similar venture, that provides meaningful, supported employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
Community Wellness Opportunities:
We aim to grow access to consistent wellness and community engagement activities, including gym visits, swimming, and participation in local parades and festivals.
Our goal is simple: we do the honest, hands-on work that turns a neighborhood into a home where everyone belongs.
GET INVOLVED
Whether you’re a family, a local business, or someone in the Champaign-Urbana community who wants to get involved—we’d love to connect.
